Access Control System, Surveillance Camera System, Audio/Video System

June 2006 - Ameriprise Financial Services of Manteca contracted with Armor Clad Security to install an video and access control system on their personnel entry door.  Employees are equipped with an access tag that allows them to open the door by presenting the tag to a proximity reader mounted outside the door.  A surveillance camera and intercom station are mounted outside the door and in-wall monitors installed at each desk inside the office permit the staff to see who is entering and exiting the building.  Should somebody who doesn't have a key tag want the enter the personnel door they need only use the intercom system to contact one of the staff members inside.  The staff can see the visitor on the in-wall monitor and release the door lock from the in-wall intercom station.

In addition to the access control system, Armor Clad Security installed an entertainment system in the lobby waiting room.  This entertainment system features an LCD flat-panel television, in-ceiling speakers, and an in-wall keypad to control the source equipment and volume.
